Electrical Condition Reports
A condition report (EICR) forms part of the periodic inspection and reports on the safety of the wiring within the property. It guarantees the safety of the resident.
Portable Appliance Testing
Although there are no set rules for PAT testing to take place, it is desired within the home to be carried out every 24 months or every 12 months if you are a landlord and have tenants. Any appliance which has a flex and plug that can be connected to a socket requires testing
Fire Alarm Testing and Maintenance

Landlord Gas Safe Certificate
